fanlistings i would love to own
This is basically a list of all the fanlistings I would give an arm and a leg to own, and would probably die of happiness if ever given the chance to do so. I'm quite the fanatic, so there are tons more that I could include, but these few are the ones that I would end up crying, screaming, and passing out if I ever got the chance to run. I know most of this will never happen, but dreams do come true sometimes, and I'm a pesky optimist! If you own one of these fanlistings are are feeling giving or want to make my year (seriously, you have no idea how happy it would make me!), the contact form is the way to go! :D

the top five!

Actresses: Sarah Michelle Gellar
To be completely honest, I don't think that I can think of a time when I haven't loved this amazing woman. I can't remember ever not loving her, considering my infatuation and obsession for her started when I was extremely young. I started watching Buffy when it first came out (even though I was seven!), and I instantly fell in love. Now that I'm older, I've realized that I had a fantastic eye for amazing actresses, even at such a young age! Sarah is just ... amazing, inside and out. Every single movie or television show that she has been in, good or bad, has been so entertaining to me simply because she lights up the screen whenever she is present. Now that she is focusing more on her film career, I am just so beyond excited to see more and more from her. For over ten years I have been in love with Sarah, and I don't see that ever changing!

Actresses: Eliza Dushku
Much like Sarah, I fell in love with Eliza when I was still very young. I was about 8, and her first appearance on Buffy blew me away, and I've just grown to love her so much over the years. As many people know, she portrayed my favorite character ... ever, so I do owe her some gratitude for making that character possible. Not to mention Tru Calling was basically my life for two years. My love for Eliza is so much more than just my love for her acting, though! Watching her in interviews and things over the years has made me fall in love with her in every way possible. She is so down to earth and friendly that I can't imagine how anybody could not love her. Plus, she is a Boston native, much like myself! What's not to love?

Characters - TV: Faith Lehane (Buffy/Angel)
Faith is my favorite character ... ever. She beats any character from any television show, movie, or book or any other form of fictional entertainment in my mind. Everything about her just completely fascinated me. I have a thing for complex characters - I always love them and find them so interesting, and I just continue to want more of them. Faith is basically the most complex character that I have ever been introduced to, and as if that was not enough to make me completely adore her, she is a complete badass, and I love that. I really love the idea of 'in the middle' characters, meaning characters that are not completely good or completely bad, and Faith really epitomizes that. Her struggle with crossing the line into the darkness really amazed me. The way that this character made such an impression on many people is just amazing considering she wasn't even in a full season of Buffy or Angel, and never even had a starring role. I really don't think that any of the other characters of the shows left such an impression. Well ... to me, at least!

Characters - TV: Winifred 'Fred' Burkle (Angel)
In second place for the title of my favorite character ever is this darling girl. I love Fred for much different reasons than the reasons that I love Faith, but she is such a different character so it's really hard to compare. When we first saw Fred, I just kept wanting to know more about her. Sure, she was loony, but who wouldn't be after living in Pylea for five years? :P I knew that there was more to her story than just the girl who got caught in Pylea, and when she joined the main cast I was just ecstatic. She was a bit eccentric at first, but she was utterly adorable and made me go "Awwww!" a good hundred times. Her progression throughout the three seasons was really amazing, but I really loved how she remained herself despite her surroundings and the changes she underwent (Remember the 'Dixie Chicks' poster at the firm! Adorable much?). Her innocence was really refreshing among all the darkness of the show.

TV Shows: Buffy the Vampire Slayer
I don't think I can accurately express my love for this show, but I can say that I owe Joss Whedon a big chunk of my soul for introducing such an amazing world to me and the rest of the world. Buffy is the first show that I ever fell in love with, and I know that it will be with me for the rest of my life. Every single thing about the show was sheer brilliance. Joss's vision of vampires and the supernatural world was just so amazing, and like I said, I feel like I owe him a lot for sharing such a gift with me. Each and every episode of this amazing show was filled with brilliance, and I could never take my eyes off of it if I tried. I could (and believe me, I have) watch every single episode over again and again until my DVDs wear out, and I would honestly never get sick of it. The one-liners, the action scenes, the sad moments. All of it was just completely captivating. For seven years, this show made me an emotional rollercoaster - crying, laughing, gasping, hyperventilating, and so on. You name it, I did it. And I enjoyed every single minute of it.

other wishes
This list is my list of more minor wishes. Not quite top five, but very close to my heart nonetheless. I tried to narrow it down to my top five (which I did!), but I just love the topics below so much that I can't remove them from my wishlist completely. If any of these were removed or up for adoption, I would apply without a second of hesitation. I would still be painfully ecstatic if I were ever given the chance to run any of the fanlistings below, even if they aren't on the top five.
